On Nov. 16, 2018 Associate Prof. Rob Ewing, Director of Graduate School, Biological Sciences, University of Southampton, UK, visited Tongji Medical College. Mr. DONG Weiguo, Director of Graduate School, Mr. CHEN Gong, Deputy Head of International Exchange Office, Prof. YU Hongjun and Prof. LUO Xianwen attended the meeting with him.

This meeting focused on the graduate students exchange between two universities and oral agreement reached to set a timetable for the incoming cooperation.

After the meeting, Prof. Ewing visited the some labs of the School of Basic Medicine. At 4:00 p.m., Prof. Ewing gave a speech titled “Study in England”, which conveyed helpful information and inspiration regarding studying in Southampton.
