The 9th International Young Scholars "East Lake forum · cloud forum, the sub-forum of the school of basic medicine " held online
The Annual International Forum HUST of "East Lake forum· cloud forum - the sub-forum of the school of basic medicine" was successfully held from December 27th to 28th 2020. A total of 23 young scholars from the United States, Germany, Sweden and other international well-known universities were invited to participate in this sub forum.
On the morning of December 27 2020, the sub forum of the School of Basic Medicine was held in the conference room of Building 2. Lu Youming, Dean of the School of Basic Medicine, Shi Anbing and Tian Bo, vice deans of School of Basic Medicine, as well as heads of departments and representatives of teachers attended this forum.
The online meeting was hosted by vice-dean Shi Anbing. The Dean of Lu Youming was invited to attend the opening ceremony and delivered a speech named "Scientific Life". In his speech, he pointed out the prospect and the significance of scientific research working with young scholars, sharing his own educational experience. He also introduced the current situation of the School of Basic Medicine and Tongji Medical college, and finally welcomed scholars to join the family of Tongji Medical College, HUST.
On the morning of December 28th, three online academic exchange reports were held in PBL smart classrooms of Medical College in three branch venues.
The First International Young Scholars "East Lake forum" of HUST in 2012 was founded, which has been successfully held for eight times.
More than 800 scholars were invited to participate in the Ninth "East Lake forum · cloud forum, the sub-forum of the school of basic medicine" in 2020.
