The School of Nursing, Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) held its parent meeting for the incoming Class of 2026 at the Yun Yuan Student Center, bringing together faculty, student representatives, and parents to discuss student development and academic planning.

Party Secretary XU Hui opened the meeting by welcoming parents and introducing the School's history, faculty, and training programs. She emphasized the School's commitment to providing a solid professional education and broad growth platform, calling for home-school collaboration to support students' holistic development.

Students advisor HU Cuihuan presented employment prospects and career pathways for nursing graduates, using data and alumni success stories to help students build up professional confidence. Student representatives SHEN Zimo and CHENG Yuanruoke introduced the Youth League and Student Union organizations, encouraging freshmen to participate in student activities to develop practical skills.

The meeting concluded with remarks from CHEN Jieqing, Director of the Student Affairs Office, who urged students to make the most of their college years and work diligently toward their goals.
