On July 22th-26th, 2019, Teachers and students of the college of pharmacy came to YaoPharma to conduct enterprise investigation and alumni symposium. Director of Tongji Medical School & Graduates Placement Administration Jin Li, deputy party secretary of the college of pharmacy Zhenghang Zhou, director of Party Committee Office Weiwei He, teacher representatives Hongyan Zhao and Runbo Zhang, six undergraduates and three graduates were in this activity.

Teachers and students participated in the 2019 Master and Ph.D. Summer Camp of YaoPharma-See Into the Future. Through a series of activities in the summer camp including Industry Strategy, Into the R&D, Advanced Training Room, Antidote to Workplace Pressure, Asymmetric Construction of Chiral Heterocyclic Skeletons by Drugs and Catalysis and outdoor activity Dating Chongqing, people all had a deep understanding of the energetic, far-sighted and responsible enterprise culture and the charm of Chongqing.

Xiaochen Song and Wei Zou chaired the meeting for alumni to introduce the attention of YaoPharma recruitment on the innovation ability and the matching degree with enterprise culture of job seekers, as well as the emphasis on staff training and enterprise talents cultivation. We all felt the difference between enterprises and universities, and also the profound enterprise culture of YaoPharma in this research trip. Faced with the major development strategy planning of national innovative drug research and development, students should shoulder the responsibility of pharmaceutical development in the new era.  Learning and earning made the survey worthwhile, Zhenghang Zhou said in the meeting.

In the alumni symposium, the teachers of the college had an in-depth exchanges of view with alumni Peng Wang and Pingtao Wang. The company has made a high evaluation of the performance of the alumni , who also put forward valuable opinions to the students based on their own positions and job-hunting experience. In the end, Zhenghang Zhou and Jinjun Li speak highly of the alumni's sharing, and hope that the alumni will continue spirit of pursuing truth and benefiting the world, and make greater contributions to the development of the company.

This survey set up bridges of communication and cooperation between the university and enterprises, promoted accurate careers guidance, and enabled students to understand the industry trend and future employment direction from different perspectives
