On the afternoon of January 5th, President Li Yuanyuan, Vice President Xu Xiaodong, Chen Jianguo led the school office, personnel office, development planning and discipline construction office and other functional department leaders to come to our college to inspect and investigate the development of the college.

At the research symposium, Dean Feng Zhanchun and Party Secretary Huang Mingfang reported to President Li and other leaders on the completion of the discipline development, scientific research, and the construction of the teaching talent team during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period. They also reported on the college's development goals, the introduction of high-level teachers, the undergraduate professional enrollment and other aspects of work plans during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.

After listening to the report from the head of the college, President Li said that the college should scientifically demonstrate the discipline construction planning and development through full summary, careful analysis and based on reality. By identifying the position, clarifying goals, making good use of the school's relevant policies, and focusing on the interdisciplinary development path, the college can achieve faster and better development.

The college will further study and comprehend President Li’s speech, actively plan the college’s "14th Five-Year Plan" development goals, make efforts to run "liberal arts in medicine, medicine in liberal arts", and contribute to the school’s "Double First-Class" development and talent training.
