In order to improve graduate students’ scientific research skills and employment skills, School of Nursing conducted graduate students’ experience sharing in No.1 Building on May 16.

The first one to share experience was Ms. Zhang Beibei. She once hold the position as Chairman of Graduate Union of School of Nursing. This time Ms. Zhang shard her experience on how to successfully pass the civil servant exams and get employed. Firstly, she introduced the technique to apply for the position which is suitable for Nursing graduates.Then she spent some time on how to get the written exam done and recommended some useful APPs. Lastly, she summarized the main points when taking the interview by an role play in the interview.

The second one to share experience is Ms. Zhao Huimin. During her graduate period, Ms. Zhao published 2 sci papers as the first author and 5 Chinese core papers. This time her topic was “How to write sci papers”. She believed that clear logic is important when doing the research. Ms. Zhao led the graduate students to have a good understanding of the importance of logic by analyzing one paper as an example.

After the experience sharing, some students raised questions and got answers from Ms. Zhang and Ms. Zhao. This experience sharing is to help graduate students to horizon visions and propagandize positive academic spirit and life attitude to them.
