Professional Experience

Engaged in clinical nursing work for 35 years, served as head nurse 15 years, serving as vice director of Nursing Department for 13 years. Undertaking the teaching courses to junior college students, undergraduate students, postgraduate students of Nursing in College. Obtained many praises from students and colleagues and won the title of excellent teacher. Presided over the HuBei Provincial Natural Science Foundation, Huazhong University of Science and Technology Innovation Fund projects and other 9 scientific research projects, published more than 60 papers. Editor-in-chief and participation of 18 monographs, "Nursing and progress of common clinical diseases", "Nursing theory and case analysis", "Health assessment" , "Health Assessment Training and Learning Guidance", "Modern Surgical Health Education Series-Organ Transplantation Brochure" and so on up to 1.7 million words. Courses Taught
