‘Fight for Glorious Youth’! In the celebration of the 100th anniversary of May 4th movement and the celebration of the 70th anniversary of People’s Republic of China, the 3rd Annul Department of Forensic Medicine Evening Gala, ‘Youth! Our Anthem for China’, took place in the auditorium on the third floor at Medical College.
The Gala was composed by three chapters. First chapter, ‘In the sunshine we grow up’, begins with an up beating dance show ‘Dalla Dalla’ and opened up the gala; Classic Chinese dance ‘Paradise’ brought audience back to the aesthetic traditional Chinese culture. Girls in beautiful Tang’s costume waving their rainbow-like sleeves was dancing like the vivid fairies from ‘Dunhuang’ mural, and made the audience all immersed in the show.;Then, the upcoming song ‘over the Mountain’ bring us the auditory enjoyment;The last show pantomime ‘civilized cinema’ made everybody burst into laughter, and also corresponded the ‘modern polite students’ appeal in a humor.
The second chapter, ‘Youth! Our Anthem for China’ began. The hot hit ‘Uptown funk’ turned on the audience, everybody clapped to the beat and sang along; Traditional Chinese duo talk show ‘Riddle in the Lamp’ again won round and round of applause; Then the song ‘Me and my county –China’ push the air to the most exciting climax. Audience waving the flags, singing the song, feeling proud and honoe for our great country; At the end of second Chapter, traditional ‘Dance with fan’ presenting by the girls from Department of Forensic Science embodied the combination of power and beauty.
The Last chapter beginning with concerto ‘Yao’s dance’, unveiled the lovely, exotics style of Chinese minority and represented our resolution of ‘whole solidarity’; Next, comedy sketch ‘Saw’ not only brought the audience lots of fun, but also implied a truth that we should punish nobody in any inappropriate way; Song ‘Back to seventeen’ captured the audience with the nostalgia; Last but not least, song ‘Lemon’ performed by the 2014 graduates moved the everybody to tears. The graduates showed their reluctance for leaving the Department of Forensic Science and sadness for apart from their classmates. Hence, the 3rd Annul Department of Forensic Science Evening Gala, ‘Youth! Our Anthem for China’ has successfully concluded.
The relavent leaders of school student work office, Communist Youth League Huazhong University of Science and Technology Committee, medical student work office and medical graduate office, and the deputy secretary of the party committee (the party branch secretary) of the medical colleges come to the guidance. The teachers of the medical student office, the secretary of each colleges branch Youth League Committee, representatives of student organizations attended the gala.
