Research Interests
· Immunology on normal pregnancy and pregnancy-related diseases (recurrent pregnancy loss, pre-eclampsia, preterm birth, etc.): roles, mechanisms and clinical translation.
Brief Introduction
· In 2006, I set up one of the earliest reproductive immunology unit in China. With "Pregnancy and Immunity" as the main research direction, my team focuses on determine the roles, mechanisms and intervention strategy in view of immune checkpoint molecules (PD-1/PD-L1, Tim-3/Gal-9, LILRB), immune metabolism, immune memory, immune aging, autophagy in normal pregnancy and pregnancy-related diseases (recurrent pregnancy loss, pre-eclampsia, preterm birth, etc.).

Among them, 7, as Ph.D. candidates, were received the official overseas grant from the China Scholarship Council, and went to Ghent University in Belgium (2 persons), Yale University (1 person), Wayne State University (1 person), Jena University in Germany (1 person), Copenhagen University in Denmark (1 person), and Helsinki University in Finland (1 person).
